On The Day Of The Delivery
Please note that deliveries are only made on weekdays. To ensure a smooth delivery, please call the carrier on the morning of your scheduled delivery to confirm their arrival time, usually between 9 am and 5 pm. Someone must be present to receive the shipment.

When The Truck Arrives
Before the driver unloads your greenhouse, please verify that the shipping label on the package shows your correct name and address. If there are any discrepancies, contact us right away. Take photos of the package while it's still on the truck. The driver will use a liftgate to lower your greenhouse to the ground, either next to the truck or on the curb.

Inspecting Damages
Please take a few moments to inspect the greenhouse before signing for the delivery. It's your right to do so. If you notice any damage, write "Damaged" on the delivery receipt. Take photos of any damage you see, including the pallet, and call our customer support line. We'll replace any broken or damaged parts if the "Damaged" notation is on the delivery receipt. You can refuse the delivery if the freight shows extensive damage, such as multiple broken pieces and missing plastic wrap.

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS:
Machine wash separately in cold water on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry separately on low heat. Add QE Home Wool Dryer Balls to reduce wrinkles and increases drying efficiency. Touch up with a low heat iron as needed. Do not bleach or dry clean.
