Returns
AquaCal allows you to return your heater within 30 days. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges for returns. Additionally, any returns for any reason outside of a defective item, will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
AquaCal does guarantee that you will receive a fully functional, operating product that you paid for without any extra expenses incurred on your end. If a defective product is received, we will arrange pick up and replacement for the item. Please contact us at sales@gooutdoordirect.com with any additional questions.
WASHING INSTRUCTIONS:
Machine wash separately in cold water on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry separately on low heat. Add QE Home Wool Dryer Balls to reduce wrinkles and increases drying efficiency. Touch up with a low heat iron as needed. Do not bleach or dry clean.
