The Fringe Sport Oly barbells provide great spin for Olympic lifting and the black plates with, not only color contrast labeling but also a color band on the outside rim, make it easy to read and switch out weight. These bumpers can withstand the test of time and have a dead bounce. WASHING INSTRUCTIONS:
Machine wash separately in cold water on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry separately on low heat. Add QE Home Wool Dryer Balls to reduce wrinkles and increases drying efficiency. Touch up with a low heat iron as needed. Do not bleach or dry clean.
