Artisan Professional Grills are renowned for their exceptional materials, construction, and functional design, making them highly durable for outdoor use. Heavy-duty 304 18-8 stainless burners ensure the cooking surface receives evenly distributed extreme heat. All Artisan by Alfresco products are proudly manufactured in the USA using commercial-grade 304, 18-8 stainless steel, featuring durable Heli-arc hand-welded seams without any mechanical fasteners. The unique pyramid shape with a flat top and a heat-holding cavity underneath delivers intense, even heat to the cooking surface.

A radiant tray securely locks briquettes in place, allowing for easy self-cleaning by turning the tray over and firing burners on high with the lid closed. Heavy-duty stainless steel cooking grates feature a special non-stick electro-polished finish and are positioned over briquette and "U" burner sections for optimal performance. The two-position warming rack conveniently stores up and out of the way when not in use. An optional interchangeable infrared burner upgrade is available, providing a 20,000 BTU infrared burner with a 100% combusting ceramic surface for intense, even heat distribution and authentic steakhouse results. This upgrade cooks 50% faster with virtually no flare-ups.

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS:

Machine wash separately in cold water on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry separately on low heat. Add QE Home Wool Dryer Balls to reduce wrinkles and increases drying efficiency. Touch up with a low heat iron as needed. Do not bleach or dry clean.
