Crafted with heavy-duty 304 18-8 stainless steel burners, they ensure even distribution of extreme heat across the cooking surface.

Manufactured in the USA from commercial-grade 304, 18-8 stainless steel, all Artisan by Alfresco products boast durability and reliability. The grills feature durable Heli-arc hand-welded seams, eliminating the need for mechanical fasteners. Their unique pyramid shape, with a flat top and a heat-holding cavity underneath, delivers intense heat to the cooking surface. A radiant tray securely locks briquettes in place, facilitating even heat distribution. Users can easily initiate a self-cleaning process by flipping the tray and setting the fire burners to high with the lid closed.

The grills also come with heavy-duty stainless steel cooking grates, featuring a special non-stick electro-polished finish positioned over the briquette and "U" burner sections for optimal performance. Additionally, the two-position warming rack conveniently stores up and out of the way when not in use. For added versatility, an optional interchangeable infrared burner upgrade is available. This upgraded 20,000 BTU infrared burner boasts a 100% combusting ceramic surface for intense, even heat distribution and authentic steakhouse results. It cooks 50% faster with virtually no flare-ups, enhancing the grilling experience.

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS:

Machine wash separately in cold water on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry separately on low heat. Add QE Home Wool Dryer Balls to reduce wrinkles and increases drying efficiency. Touch up with a low heat iron as needed. Do not bleach or dry clean.
