The heavy-duty 304 18-8 stainless burners evenly distribute extreme high heat across the cooking surface. Crafted in the USA from commercial-grade 304, 18-8 stainless steel, all Artisan by Alfresco products feature durable heli-arc hand-welded seams without any mechanical fasteners.

Ambient blue LED front panel lighting illuminates knobs, providing a rich beam of light precisely where it's needed. Additionally, Artisan Professional Grills include a flush-mounted 1500o rear ceramic infrared rotisserie burner, distinguishing them from the American Eagle Series. Their unique pyramid shape, along with a flat top and heat-holding cavity underneath, delivers intense, even heat to the cooking surface. The radiant tray securely locks briquettes in place and can be flipped over to facilitate self-cleaning when firing burners on high with the lid closed.

Heavy-duty stainless steel cooking grates with a special non-stick electro-polished finish ensure optimal performance over both briquette and "U" burner sections. Moreover, the two-position warming rack conveniently stores out of the way when not in use. For advanced functionality, an optional interchangeable infrared burner upgrade is available, featuring a 20,000 BTU infrared burner with a 100% combusting ceramic surface, delivering intense, even heat distribution, 50% faster cooking, and minimal flare-ups for authentic steakhouse results.
