This is essentially an annual inspection. Some regulators have a 2 year service interval but need to be inspected on a yearly basis. We inspect the regulator per manufacturer standards and bench test everything. No parts are replaced unless the tests reveal something that needs replacement or repair
Typical turnaround time is 7-10 business days. If you need the item quicker a RUSH fee of $60 will be assessed.
Anything dropped off or mailed in will be serviced. Mouthpieces will be automatically replaced if damaged, hoses replaced as necessary, etc. If you do NOT want this done please make sure to tell us at the time of purchase.
WASHING INSTRUCTIONS:
Machine wash separately in cold water on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry separately on low heat. Add QE Home Wool Dryer
Balls to reduce wrinkles and increases drying efficiency. Touch up with a low heat iron as needed. Do not bleach or dry clean.
