For our Learning SPACE sensory rooms we have can call out and investigate any product issues, fixing where possible and providing a product report.

We will endeavour to repair onsite but in the event that something needs to be taken away for further investigation, ordered etc we will provide a report with quotes for you to approve before anything goes ahead.

This call out does not include a bubble tube/wall clean.

Northern Ireland based only
?35 per subsequent hour, plus the cost of any materials and VAT.

Care of your equipment

Please note:

Your equipment will last longer with care. Remember your establishment has a direct responsibility to ensure the sensory environment is maintained.
We strongly suggest you appoint a person responsible for the area. Please
ensure daily cleans are undertaken of your fibre optic tails, vinyl and other
surfaces. (see training videos and guides provided)
Bubble tube water is recommended to be changed every 6-10 weeks and
bcb liquid added. Remember we can provide bubble tubes changes with our call outs. (see training videos and guides provided)

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS:

Machine wash separately in cold water on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry separately on low heat. Add QE Home Wool Dryer Balls to reduce wrinkles and increases drying efficiency. Touch up with a low heat iron as needed. Do not bleach or dry clean.
