Aqualung Wave BCD

The Wave is an entry-level, wrap-around jacket style BC. It has a legacy of being rugged and fade-resistant but now it offers so much more. You now get a stylish BC that has the clever ability to add an optional weight-integration system! You can dive it in its standard form using a weight belt. It?s versatile, it?s rugged, it?s sharp, it?s a Wave.

The Aqualung Waves Features

• Made from tough, fade-resistant 1000D Armorshield® CorduraTM, this proprietary backpack ensures longevity and resilience in various conditions.
• The backpack includes a built-in carrying handle and a traction pad, effectively reducing tank slippage.
• A scooped octo-pocket on the top front of the right lobe allows easy stowing and deploying of an octopus, ensuring visibility and accessibility throughout the dive.
• Large, easy-to-access utility pockets are situated on either side for added convenience.
• The waistband is adjustable in the back, accommodating a wide range of waist sizes.
• Some divers may choose to run their instruments behind the left pocket, utilizing the scooped opening on the top front of the lobe.

The Aqualung Wave Functional Design

• The chest strap is adjustable for personal comfort during dives.
• Two stainless steel flat D-rings are incorporated for securing various accessories.
• Right shoulder pull dump with a hi-viz orange pull bob is designed for easy location and use.
• Lower rear dump with a hi-viz orange pull bob proves useful for horizontal or head-down orientation.

Enhanced Visibility and Accessibility

The octopus pocket design ensures the octopus remains visible and accessible throughout the dive.

The Wave Size Options and Additional Features

• The backpack comes in 6 sizes, including XXS.
• The XXS size offers additional features such as a detachable, double-adjusting crotch strap with a neoprene center for extra comfort.
• An optional tank band is available for a 30 cu. ft. cylinder (p/n 427056).
