Chill-Proof Hood
More than 25% of body heat is lost through the head and extremities of the body. The Sharkskin Chill-Proof Hood by Bare is design provide the best insulation and protection for cold dives and water sport activities. It can even be worn under a conventional neoprene hood as layering for extra warmth. The Chill-Proof Hoods slick fabric also makes donning the stiffest neoprene hood easy and prevents hair from being pulled. When worn as a standalone the hood protects against chaffing from mask straps, keeps your head and ears toasty warm, and is flexible enough to slide off if required, while remaining comfortable.
Sharkskin Chill-Proof Material is an aquatic specific, windproof 3-layer composite material that has been developed for water sports athletes. The comfortable 1?2micro fleece' layer is next to the skin and 1?2wicks' moisture and sweat away from the body to help keep you dry. The second middle 1?2technical' layer is 100% windproof yet breathes to regulate body temperature while stopping wind chill. The third outer layer is a nylon/Spandex blend for abrasion resistance and 4-way stretch. It is also UV resistant for sun protection and has a durable water repellent finish (DWR) to provide a protective shell that 1?2sheds' water. Sharkskin Climate Control Chill-Proof is neutrally buoyant, anti-microbial, odor resistant, itch resistant and machine washable. The hood is black in color and available in multiple sizes.

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS:
Machine wash separately in cold water on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry separately on low heat. Add QE Home Wool Dryer Balls to reduce wrinkles and increases drying efficiency. Touch up with a low heat iron as needed. Do not bleach or dry clean.
