Thermal insulation thanks to the foam.R-Value 1.3.The R-Value expresses the thermal performance and resistance of the mattress. The higher the R-Value, the more the mattress insulates you from the cold ground.An R-Value of 5.9 means a minimum temperature of use of around -24?C. 0.7 corresponds to +11?CThe R-Value is not a standard, each manufacturer can use their own criteria. A standard process is currently being developed.
