Delivery Time
You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information the day after your order ships via Courier. Since the carrier won't schedule a delivery appointment, please track your shipment using the tracking number(s) found on the label of each box. The number of boxes in your shipment will vary depending on your order (1-7 boxes).

Package Arrival
We recommend being present for delivery, but it's not required. The driver will leave your package(s) in the nearest dry, accessible area. Please ensure a clear path for the truck. Upon delivery, verify that you received all boxes by comparing tracking numbers on the shipping labels to your confirmation email. If any boxes are missing, contact the carrier for assistance.

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS:
Machine wash separately in cold water on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry separately on low heat. Add QE Home Wool Dryer Balls to reduce wrinkles and increases drying efficiency. Touch up with a low heat iron as needed. Do not bleach or dry clean.
