The stationary swimming tether has been designed in response to pool closures, as well as offering a way of making the most of pools at home to train. Thanks to this swimming tether, you can always go swimming, as it enables you to train when stationary in all sizes of pool.A stationary swimming session is just as effective as conventional pool training, working technique, strength and endurance all at once.

Stationary swimming is ideal for gaining an awareness of your body and concentrating on your swimming technique.Work on breathing on both sides, focusing on turning your head to breathe.Improve your kicking by concentrating on your hip and leg movements when swimming in a stationary position.The stationary swimming tether can also be used for running in the water, and is ideal for rehabilitation exercises.

PRODUCT: STATIONARY SWIMMING TETHER

The stationary swimming tether comprises two parts:- a central adjustable part that can be attached to a fixed point such as a pool ladder;- a removable part that you can attach to your waist or feet.The tether has an adjustable range of 1 metre, meaning a total length ranging from 2 to 3 metres. It must systematically be attached to the edge of the pool using the hook. Ensure that the attachment is properly closed before you start swimming.

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS

This product is intended for adult swimmers. If left unsupervised in the pool, the stationary swimming tether can be a danger to children.

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS:

Machine wash separately in cold water on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry separately on low heat. Add QE Home Wool Dryer Balls to reduce wrinkles and increases drying efficiency. Touch up with a low heat iron as needed. Do not bleach or dry clean.
