This hard cover log book is designed especially for the Dive Supervisor. Keeping your own logs is not only the law, but makes good sense professionally.
This log book conforms to the requirements of the regulations issued by the following authorities: United States Coast Guard, United States Department of Labor, and Occupational Safety and Health Administration.
The log book provides space for Contact, Medical, and Qualifications information as well as the recording dive records of supervision to include: diving contractor information, dive location, vessel/installation, type of dive, decompression table and chamber treatment.
WASHING INSTRUCTIONS:
Machine wash separately in cold water on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry separately on low heat. Add QE Home Wool Dryer Balls to reduce wrinkles and increases drying efficiency. Touch up with a low heat iron as needed. Do not bleach or dry clean.
