The sizing can be a little subjective depending on whether you are wanting to wear the knee pads over a sailing drysuit or a 2mm or 5mm wetsuit, for example, or in the case of Stand-Up Paddle boarding, often over bare knees. Due to being made of stretchy neoprene and the available velcro adjustment they can be a fairly accommodating and an adaptable fit.
WASHING INSTRUCTIONS:
Machine wash separately in cold water on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry separately on low heat. Add QE Home Wool Dryer
Balls to reduce wrinkles and increases drying efficiency. Touch up with a low heat iron as needed. Do not bleach or dry clean.
