Engineers and designers from the CAPERLAN TEAM designed and tested this float in Cestas, Gironde region, France.

Test

CAPERLAN floats have all passed the ""drop test"" which involves dropping the float 3 times on a hard surface, without it splitting or otherwise being damaged.

Its shape makes it visible in calm seas and it has good buoyancy.

Visibility

Fluorescent orange antenna which can be replaced at night by a 4.5 mm starlite.

Buoyancy

Tapered pear-shape design for fishing in calm waters.

Sensitivity

Balsa body and carbon stem for immediate bite detection.

This float is designed for float fishing in calm seas.

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS:

Machine wash separately in cold water on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry separately on low heat. Add QE Home Wool Dryer Balls to reduce wrinkles and increases drying efficiency. Touch up with a low heat iron as needed. Do not bleach or dry clean.
