The weight pockets are available for 10 lbs. to 12 lbs. (4.54 kg to 5.44 kg) capacities. Each pocket has a zippered closure for positive weight retention and will except soft or hard block weights. Pockets are made from durable nylon material with taped and sewn seams for strength and durability. The pockets hardware is made from impact resistant plastic. This pocket fits newer bcds like

Machine wash separately in cold water on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry separately on low heat. Add QE Home Wool Dryer
Balls to reduce wrinkles and increases drying efficiency. Touch up with a low heat iron as needed. Do not bleach or dry clean.
