The Schwank Remote Control Handset requires a receiver to turn your bistro Schwank or supreme Schwank heaters on or off with a click of a button. Each heater requires a receiver kit to be installed in the burner in order for the handset to work. This is a simple and easy-to-use wireless control option.

This handset control works like your TV remote; it sends a signal to the receiver to turn your heater on or off. Each handheld remote can be set to control four individual heaters or configured to control four zones. A zone is an area that can have more than one heater.

Schwank recommends that you purchase two handheld remotes to have a spare. As an alternative, instead of a second handset, you can choose to get an optional wireless remote control keypad transmitter.
