Featuring heavy-duty 304 18-8 stainless steel burners, they provide uniformly distributed, exceptionally high heat to the cooking surface. Crafted in the USA from commercial-grade 304, 18-8 stainless steel, all Artisan by Alfresco products boast durability and reliability.

The grills are characterized by Heli-arc hand-welded seams, ensuring sturdiness without mechanical fasteners. Their unique pyramid shape, with a flat top and heat-holding cavity underneath, delivers intense heat to the cooking surface. A radiant tray securely holds briquettes in place, facilitating even heat distribution.

For easy maintenance, users can flip the tray and set the fire burners to high with the lid closed, initiating a self-cleaning process. The grills feature heavy-duty stainless steel cooking grates with a non-stick electro-polished finish, positioned over the briquette and "U" burner sections for optimal performance.

Conveniently, the two-position warming rack can be stored up and out of the way when not in use. An optional interchangeable infrared burner upgrade is available, boasting a 20,000 BTU output and a 100% combusting ceramic surface for intense, even heat distribution and authentic steakhouse results. This upgrade enables cooking that is 50% faster with virtually no flare-ups, enhancing the grilling experience.

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS:
