It'll arrive in 4-8 business days after it ships, and you'll get tracking info tomorrow to keep an eye on it. Since the carrier doesn't schedule deliveries, be sure to track your shipment and print all the tracking numbers (one for each box, and there might be up to 7!).

Package Arrival

No worries if you're not home when your garden kit arrives! We'll leave it in a safe, dry spot. Just a heads up to double-check that you've received all the boxes listed on your tracking info. If anything's missing, just reach out to the carrier.

Inspecting Damages

Once your boxes arrive, take a quick look to make sure everything is in good shape ? no dents, tears, or loose tape. Then, check out the assembly instructions and count the parts to make sure you have everything you need to get started.

Machine wash separately in cold water on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry separately on low heat. Add QE Home Wool Dryer Balls to reduce wrinkles and increases drying efficiency. Touch up with a low heat iron as needed. Do not bleach or dry clean.
