The Freediver bottom plate is designed to attach to the lower end of the rope. It is made of high quality fl exible nylon. Designed for 10-12mm ropes Around the perimeter of the plate there are 30 holes for training labels. The outer diameter is 28 cm and its low weight 230 gr.
WASHING INSTRUCTIONS:
Machine wash separately in cold water on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry separately on low heat. Add QE Home Wool Dryer
Balls to reduce wrinkles and increases drying efficiency. Touch up with a low heat iron as needed. Do not bleach or dry clean.
