Wide Angle Kraken Lens (M67) Thread
67MM Underwater Glass Wide wet lens is a ultra wide conversion lens. At 24mm, it has a 145 degree field of view! It is designed with a 67mm thread mount to easily mount to the lens port on your housing. Compatible with M4:3 cameras, and compacts it is suitable for many popular cameras on the market today. The wide wet lens is made to work with cameras with a 24mm focal length so it is ideal for many compact cameras like RX100, TG 56, LX10, G7X. The lens is also zoom through capable. KRL-01 has 6 elements, and 5 groups. The optical glass lens has a multi layer BBAR coating for anti reflection and optical clarity.
This is an excellent domed, fisheye wet lens that can be added to most camera housings with a standard 67mm threaded mount. The Kraken KRL-01 fisheye conversion lens has a magnification ratio of 0.53. This will give up to 145 degrees field of view with a 24mm camera or 119 degrees with a 28mm lens (camera and housing dependent).
The KRL-01 has been designed for optimum performance with compact cameras with up to 24mm (35mm camera equivalent). Vignetting may occur on some compact cameras, depending on the housing, but can be eliminated by zooming in slightly, for the most part most cameras don't vignette with this optic.
WASHING INSTRUCTIONS:
Machine wash separately in cold water on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry separately on low heat. Add QE Home Wool Dryer Balls to reduce wrinkles and increases drying efficiency. Touch up with a low heat iron as needed. Do not bleach or dry clean.
